Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send your item(s) for return within 5 days from the time you receive your order. You must send us an email. Any original shipping cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout.
We offer returns for Exchange or Store Credit. Store Credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is inspected and accepted. We do not offer refunds to method of payment.
Items NOT eligible for Return: Quinceañera Dresses, Final Sale, Special Orders, Sale/Clearance Items.
You must send an email to contactus@formalcouturedresses.com to start the process to receive a RMA. You must send an email to contactus@formalcouturedresses.com to start the process. Once approved you have 4 days to ship out the order. We do not accept returns after 14 days. If you are traveling, you must inform us once the return is approved
All returned items are inspected. Item(s) must be in their original, new condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, makeup/deodorant marks, snags, tears, pet hair, lint, or odors (i.e., perfumes, cigarette smoke) otherwise, they will not qualify for return/store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any item with any of the above casualties.
"Returned To Sender" receive a 25% fee. International packages that are "Returned To Sender" receive a 25% fee plus any return shipping fees and duties incurred.
Orders may only be canceled or modified (size, color, style) at no charge, prior to processing. An order is considered processed 1 hour from the time you order. Restocking fees apply if items are cancelled after processing: 50% on special order items as these are made to order just for you. Restocking fees will be deducted from your Store Credit.
International Customers
Given the time for transit, we extend the RA period to 10 business days. Please note shipping, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-creditable upon return. For international customers, we will not reimburse return shipping charges or any taxes/duties if any.
We encourage checking the size charts provided by the designers, however, have no control or responsibility for the sizing you select and order.
All items are inspected before they ship out from our location. In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. If we are not notified within 24 hours with photos, same item will not be eligible for replacement.
